Business info at a glance, all the time
Know the state of your business every day, not just once a year at tax time. See all incomings, outgoings and business activities at a glance in your Xero account. Depending upon your needs we'll review and translate your profit and loss, cash flow, debtors and creditors. The reports can be customised to reflect what YOU need, what YOU want; things that specifically affect YOUR business.
Accounting and tax services
No more tedious paperwork. We even do your GST returns. This assists and helps reduce accounting costs at year end when it comes time to do you annual financial statements and income tax returns.
Ongoing proactive advice
Business-Mates™ helps you get where you want to go, not just see where you've been. Under the Silver and Gold plans, we'll translate the figures into useful information that's easy to understand so you can make better decisions. We'll also report to you monthly. We'll recommend strategies, chew over ideas with you, help with planning, and even forecast your provisional tax.
Xero Cashbook v Xero Business Edition
The Cashbook version of Xero is just that, a state of the art Cashbook. The Business Edition is the Cashbook plus invoicing, debtors and creditors ledgers and management and fixed assets. This allows an "all-in-one" real-time full accounting system enabling you to know exactly what's happening with your business anytime, anywhere. You choose the version for your needs.
